Please read the following terms and conditions.

Delivery

Goods are normally dispatched within 1-3 days depending on the order. Special orders will take 7 days or longer to be dispatched. If a delay is expected we will contact you via email within 2 days of receiving your order. Goods within the UK are dispatched using Royal Mail.

Currency

All prices quoted on the site are in UK Pound Stirling and are inclusive of VAT.

Payments By Post

Payments can be made by emailing us the form provided and we will get back to you with the payment details or you can simply print out the shopping basket and send enclosing a cheque for the full amount payable to Pet Safety 1st.

Returns & Warranty

We guarantee your satisfaction. If you need to return any items we will replace it or refund your money in full. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and returned to the following address:

Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has been processed and dispatched. If you wish to cancel after items have been dispachted you may be liable for P&P and a small administration fee.
